What is included in a template web site?

- Every template has it's owned description.

Which template is best suits to my business project?

- There are hundreds of templates for you to choose from. You could search by category to find one matching your business type and your personal interest. Or, you can choose to have a custom-design site!

What if I want my Logo or my Business name on the template?

- $20.00 service charge to place your logo or business name onto the template. Otherwise you can do it your own, all of the templates comes with PSD source file with layers, you can easily change and modifying it (knowledge of Photoshop 6 or 7 Application is required) and there is no Tutor.

Can I get a refund if I don't like the template I bought?

- We are sorry, but there is no refund or exchange policy on our web site templates. So please take a little extra time to view the sample site structure or contact us to make sure you are getting the right one for your needs.

What is the difference between the free template and the sale template? and why is it being offered for free?

- It is the same as a web site template. We are giving them as part of our promotional and marketing effort.

DOMAIN NAME

How hard is it to get the right domain name?

- Domain names are registered through several top-level domain name authorities. Many good and common names have been taken for several years now. Be creative: if a dot-com (.com) name is taken, try the same name using dot-org (.org) or dot-net (.net), or dot-ca (.ca). Other then choosing a name which sounds similar to the name you like. (for example. businessonline.com was taken, you may look for buzinessonline.com or mywebsite.com and miwebsite.com).
